Cleveland Cascades Chute System Health Checks

Cleveland Cascades have been supporting existing customers with Chute System health checks.

Each health check consists of a 1 day visit during which our engineers will complete a full visual inspection of the system and sub components. The engineers will access the system via a MEWP or Cherry Picker for which our Engineers are licenced to operate. The outer shroud is typically lowered, each cone, the ropes, strops and carrier assembly are inspected for any wear or setup adjustments.

Following the inspection, a full function test is carried out to ensure all system operations remain in place as designed. Any small adjustments that can be made whilst on site are done so. Following the completion of the visit, an engineers report is provided with feedback and recommendations for any replacement spare parts or adjustments or follow up services.

Our engineers can also support the on site staff with advice and information on the Cascade Chute whilst in attendance.
