Cleveland Cascades Commission Bedeschi Shiploader Chute at Port of Eilat, Israel

Bedeschi SpA recently invited Cleveland Cascades Limited to commission their Cascades Shiploader at the Dead Sea Works Terminal on the Port of Eilat, Israel.

The Chute handles Red and White Potash, along with Phosphates at loading rates of up to 1,250 tonnes per hour. The Red Potash is exported to China, with the White Potash and Phosphates exported worldwide.

Interfaced to Bedeschi’s Shiploader Feed Spout, the Chute is able to push and pull through a range of approximately -28° to +45° for detailed loading. The Chute also houses two extraction units at opposite sides of the Carrier outlet to provide further dust control on material leaving the Chute.
